I'm trying to download msn in laptop and it says i need to get service pack 2 and install windows platform update?need both of them or what?and what i need to do?i didnt find any link to download or whatever..I wait for your replies :/

Download service pack 2 and try again if your OS is Windows XP , there is service pack 3 too. Download both of them, first service pack 2 and then service pack 3.
