i have a problem with Ad Managment on My Forum!

it's the first time that i create a forum and i don't know how to use it

i go to "add ads"

Name : E.g : MaxCheaters!

Content : ?

tell me the code

i add [ url=http://Link][ img]http://Photo Link[/img][/url] and just nothing
