[Request] VIP Buffer for freya

Hello.

I am using L2jServer pack, freya.

I am searching for days now for a VIP Buffer for my server but i didn't find anything. I found 2 buffers but the one is for L2Brasil and the other's links are dead (it was a 2-3 years old share).

Rin4a's buffer isn't working for me or i wasn't able to configure it so it will be a VIP-only Buffer.

I don't mind if the buffer works with a special item or with access level. I just need one NPC who will give buffs only to who i want.

Any ideas will be nice.
