[Request help] WPE Filters: How to make a shorter filter from a long packet

So I need to make this kind of filter

 

Search: 00 1E 00 DC 14 A3 0F 0B 0A 33 00 68 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 82 1D 57 0E (Peace mode)

__EDIT: 00 0E 00 0A CE 0A 18 00 00 21 4E 00 44 00 (equip weapon)

 

The Problem is that the 1st packet is too long. How can I filter it so that only the short part of the packet is sent.

 

I'dd really appreciate if someone could help. With this I could get many additional hotkeys to a game which only has 2 default hotkeys availeble.
