i will just have to  name it config.cfg ? and it aims hs ?

 

Re-name it how you want,but load it when you enter in cs.

cant understand this part - Execute AGN.reg and press ok /ok / ok ?

man... the registry is agn.reg

reg = registry

agn.reg is a registry , just execute it.

u can found in the archive in the download link

 

It is like mouse.fix nope ?

I mean a program like mouse.fix.
