Safe enchant changed from +3 to +15

max enchant changed from +18 to +20

Enchant rates changed from 66% (normal) 70% (blessed) to 50% (normal) 55% (blessed)

some minor fixes to autoskills and augmentation system

new siege system added

some modifications to drops (increased droprate at x1)
