I have sent to bezebul paypal 18.5eur because he said cuz if he receive 18.5eur pp then he give me 25eur psc .

His english is not so good, but he mean that he will send 18,5€ via paypal and he wants from this guy 25€ PSC.

 

Consider that his english is not on advenced stage and he deserve to have his 25€ code.

 

Belzebul should give him his 25€ and all should be ok, otherwise he should have a ban.
