[Help] How To Enchant Skills Gm Commands

hi all , Can some one tell me how to Enchant skills with Gm commands ?

You need to change the skill lvl like:

 

Freezing skin (ID 1238) max lvl 3, with enchant lvl 101 (+1)

i dunno i need more example like pictuer or video or some thing like that

decrypt the file "skillname-e.dat" in your system folder, there u get all ID's + skill level u need

just use the in-game admin menu and add the ID + the right skill level
