Enchant rate sucks for max +30.It's not 75% for sure.

Maybe cause 1 lucky made +30 am you thought it's easy and decreased the rate.I made 20 am's +6 and even 1 am didn't go more than 11,you think it's normal?

And why you have apella as 2nd custom armor when dragonic-dc are better?Custom lover?Just make the server as much simple can be done.
