Problem with Host

i had a problem with my server. i open l2 and when i put id and pass i got a message telling

 

CAN NOT CONNECT WITH HOST.

 

i add my ip in server db. i have no-ip

 

what the problem is ??

edit l2.ini or edit your hosts file and add your ip there, this is part of first setting up a server read the guides for better understanding ;)

i had edit my l2.ini and when i log in and i write the ID and PASS i got message like this:

if u edited the l2.ini than use the original host dont change the hosts file

i had the same problem once but its ok now
