l2 Gm server Help

Hi guys i need help  at  l2 gm server ,all players are good and have all skills, i cant take skills from others player and i cant add all skills, how can i add skills ???

i can only make //add_skill ID

Target other char ,//add_skill and press at `take all skills`

If you don't have priveleges for this,you can't do anything else.

ok well,i have founda class manager and i ahve now skills ,but i dont have all passive skills ... how can i made passive skills ?

If you have GM you should not need a class manager. What is your access level?
