TOS: no refund/claim in any case. Money must be sent as a gift. You cant publicate of item origin in game/forum/email. You buy as for Your risk to be banned of buying/selling for real money/without reason/with reason. After the trade You become item's owner in all cases. Mine task is to take $ and give items. None of smart buyers have been punished or caught. Best way to be protected is to spend items/adena as soon as possible. After 12h after trade I dont take any responsibility¹ about items/adena. All items are resold and before purchase You must know this.
Shop can refuse² trade anytime.
¹Shop dont take responsobility of caughts/bans because of reviving items origin - buying for real money. We cant make longer time because we cant control our customer actions because of bought items origin reviving - by telling it to friend or using real characters/other things by taking items/adena from us.
²Refuse can be unexplained, because of BAD buyer reputation, too low purchase amount. Amount can change all the time, avg min buy price is ~75eu³.
³All prices are for WU. For other payment methods we can adapt ~10% commission, higher min buy price
