That's because you never played on any good onces, everything that's done on l2j is possible on l2off, the only difference is that you need loads more knowledge to do the same thing on L2off. BTW, jst sm tut slovenc :)

those are not real raidbosses but more mini raids, they got the same drops as mobs just a bit higher chance, also there's very low chance to drop high/top grade lifestone so there's nothing to worry about too many players having passive/active
