    S84 Grade items recipes and parts drop rate lowered, but still reasonable for the server's rates nice feature reminds me of world and age edited stuff

    are these files similar to l2age and l2world files? if they are the rates really suck on those servers x1 spoil in mos and xp is alot lower than they say ?

    lol like its hard to make vesper on x30 server and raid for armors and as for vesper weapons have u ever heard of legenday tales quest probably not.QQ'ers
