  1. As Babelfish Says : The good fellow of [chuvak], ignore [Grisoma], it always such… [Yab] gave +1 if it would can. Dear Lain you are Banned for 1 week from this Board. Just the Time to Clear you Mind...taking some free time, and thinking about How childish are your Considerations about Grisom. If you have to say something to Him..Just WRITE in english. Regards, A-Style
  2. Will be post free ! No errors in console ATM, Just By adding stuff I wanna Be sure that there mustnt Be ANY Error. My Work is gonna Delay a Bit cuz of my Internet ISP (Im changing it from FastWeb to Alice, from 7mbps to 20mbps).
  3. In this guide, I will cover only the X3 and X6 (ie. 23,26,33,etc.) bosses and not the dungeons (X9). I have not done the kamaloka instances past 56 so I will not include information pertaining to them. Note: All bosses (with the exception of few, ie. Seer Flouros, the eye) will counter magic with skills. This means that they will be most likely to target your caster (Healer, Buffer, Mage) with their skills and NOT the tank using hate or pure DPS. ___ 23 Boss Appearance: Bugbear Special Skills: AOE Stun Minions: None Strategy: Just attack, very easy to 2-man this one. ___ 26 Boss Appearance: Ol Mahum Special Skills: AOE hit (don't keep your baby pet nearby) Minions: One Strategy: Very easy to 2-man provided both players can wear heavy--otherwise use three players. Have lowest DPS tank hit the minion to take aggro, then just ignore it until the fight is over. ___ 33 Boss Appearance: Undead Bear Special Skills: Stationary AOE Smash (x5), Rsk. Haste Minions: None Strategy: Another easy boss, he will periodically run to one player and sit his [censored] down to smash the ground dealing AOE damage around him. Simply run away until he finishes doing this (5 times). When he gets to 10% health, he'll say something and buff himself with haste2 and obtain nasty attack speed (which also speeds up his AOE smashing). When his HP is this low, try to tank his smashes only if you can to ensure that you can continue hitting him while he tries to cast haste. What you're trying to do is interrupt his haste cast (Which can be done quite easily) ___ 36 Boss Appearance: Floating Eye Special Skills: Aura Flare, Drain Health Minions: Unlimited Strategy: The boss and his minion will use both magic and physical attacks often so ensure you have a good set of jewelery. He will periodically summon an eye to assist him but unlike other kamaloka bosses, he will summon more and more despite already having an active one. Whenever he spawns a minion, kill it--Otherwise you may end up with 5 pelting at you.. and you will die. Even with Top D jewelery, his life drain will crit often for 400-900 damage so make sure you keep your HP above 50%. I recommend that the main tank uses a polearm for this boss to hit both the boss and the minion at the same time. ___ 43 Boss Appearance: Mutant Stakato Special Skills: Nothing notable Minions: One, healer Strategy: When his HP dips below 50%, he will summon a healer which heals him for quite a bit. This boss is extremely difficult and you will probably not be able to 2-man this one. After you kill his healer, he will spawn another one right away. I recommend sleeping the minion constantly so that it is not healing him and you are not wasting DPS (because he will spawn another after it dies anyways). Most people do the 36 boss until they are level 41, allowing them to do the 46 boss--Effectively skipping this one. This is not a bad idea. ___ 46 Boss Appearance: Dragon Special Skills: Soul Confine Minions: None Strategy: This boss is easy to 2-man provided that both players provide adequate DPS. This boss will periodically use Soul Confine on one player (Lasts roughly 10 seconds) which is similar to paralysis--except you cannot receive damage while confined. He also uses an AOE water-element skill, but it does not do a lot of damage unless you are not wearing jewelery. ___ 53 Boss Appearance: Demon Special Skills: Disarm, Sonic Blaster Minions: Suicide Bomb Strategy: This boss can also be 2-man'ed quite easily provided both players provide adequate DPS. He will periodically disarm your highest DPS'er and use Sonic Blaster on the caster. Don't forget to re-equip your weapon! He will also periodically summon a minion which flies to a player (usually the caster, but I've seen the melee DD take it) and explodes. A critical can do 2600 damage, even using a +3 BO set, otherwise it will normally do 200-500. Keep your HP near full because of this--you don't want to risk getting crit and killed. If you'd rather not tank the explosion, you can simply run away JUST before it explodes. If you run away too early, it will simply follow you until you stop ___ 56 Boss Appearance: Undead Knight Special Skills: None Minions: Dark Panther (Unlimited) Strategy: You'll need at least three players for this one. This boss does rather high DPS on his own and also periodically summons panthers (do not bother killing these). He will call out a players name and all panthers will attack that player. Have the target simply run around while others kill the boss and take turns running around as you are targetted by the panthers. ___ I hope this helps. This way you can try a new Kamaloka instance and not get taken by surprised by the boss's abilities / minions. - [CREDITS Valdes (Bartz)]
  4. my record is 8 minutes 11 seconds from time entered to a dead ice fairy...can you beat that? i feel i should also note that we killed her well over 30 times with the correct levels and we never got a single circlet. party configuration: 1. Tank...this was me. TK (aegis passive) with dark crystal heavy. 2. bishop with one mp elixir per run. 3. blade dancer. 4. chant of victory buffer...i'll explain later. need to CoV twice total. 5. melee dd 6. melee dd 7. melee dd 8. melee dd 9. archer you don't need that many dd's but it makes it a ton faster. that was our party set-up and we had three great wolves as well. now for the tricks. if using pets, don't summon until you're inside the instance or it'll kick party members out. the paralysis scrolls it gives you are completely broken so don't even worry aboot them. once inside, have the bishop ww everyone, have the tank pull out a BtB stick for themself, and have the CoV buffer do full buffs *without* CoV. run up the hill a bit to the first group of mobs, have tank run in and hate the leader of the pack once, aoe hate, then everyone else jump in on the leader. KILL THE LEADERS FIRST BECAUSE THEY CALL TARGETS JUST LIKE FORT CAPTAINS. clean up the stragglers...when you see the group mobs, you'll see why temple knight is absolute best pve tank in the game (shameless plug for my main!) killing this group of mobs gives you greater resist ice/water attacks...not really a big deal as sirra doesn't really use her magic attack often--however, it hurts like hell when she does. run up the hill further and you'll see gargoyle mobs...IF YOU AGGRO EVEN A SINGLE ONE OF THESE, IT'S USUALLY A COMPLETE PARTY WIPE. hug the left side of the ravine wall as close as you can and group up at the third group of mobs. if you decide to try and kill these bastitches, just be aware they split like pronghorns only they seem to be random when they split. killing this group makes sirra weak to magical attacks. if you need to rest for MP already, you're not ready/geared/smart enough for this instance. my bishop only had to heal me once or twice up until now, thanks life cubic (another shameless TK plug!) CoV and get ready for the endurance round. kill this group of mobs (the same way as the first, hate the leader then aoe hate) to make sirra weak to physical attacks. DO NOT SKIP THIS GROUP. CoV should still have at least 3:30 left on it's timer so run right around the corner to the level 59 gargoyle raid boss. party hangs back, CoV buffer drops party and runs up to sirra herself for now. tank runs in (he's got a huge aggro range, by the way) and builds up hate. hate once. hate twice. when the party sees the animation start for the third hate they all charge in. this guy hits extremely hard, by the way...and if the server decides it doesn't want you to do the instance right now, he'll cancel EVERYONE in the instance (including the CoV buffer half a mile a way.) with CoV and the huge amount of dd's he should go down in less than a minute and drop top b grade parts and gear along with +4 dye. best drop we got from the crazy number of times we did it was a BW helm and 63 bow of peril shafts or some craziness like that. KILLING THIS GUY IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THIS INSTANCE. once dead, set your digital egg-timer (every good l2 player has one on their desk) for 8 minutes starting the second he starts to drop out of the air. killing this dood silences sirra's healer minions. now the reason you're here. have everyone sit at the top of the hill next to the CoV buffer to get a little bit of mp back while waiting for CoV to cycle it's cast timer. you should only be sitting 1:30 at the very most. CoV when the bishop says it's time then have the Doomcryer leave party and soe to town (and run back to the steward if you're repeated it again.) have the tank charge in *with the bishop this time* and hate once, twice, three times the fairy then everyone else rush in and take down the two DD minions. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE ANY AOE SKILLS HERE AT ALL INCLUDING AOE HATE. DO NOT USE ANY AOE SKILLS HERE AT ALL...NOTHING AOE. did i mention not to use any aoe skills here? good...because if you do, her healer minions will be un-silenced and then you're screwed. these healer minions are the blue Lirael (if you're an old-school elf, you know, fear and love these) mobs. unlike other raid boss minions that heal, these ones don't attack. they don't nuke. they don't do anything besides HEAL SIRRA'S [censored] OFF. when silenced, they simply just sit there and look pretty with their little blue halo. don't touch these at all unless...i'll get to that later. the tank and all dd's stay on sirra after the eyeball minions are down...when they spawn again, the archer is the only one who should come off of sirra to kill them and they should go down in 3-4 shots each. remember that egg timer and that "unless" i gave you with the healer minions? if sirra isn't dead yet and almost 6 minutes have gone by since the gargoyle's death, the archer starts to kill the healer minions. i say *starts* to...get them low life and the archer stays off of the boss and the moment they become un-silenced, the archer takes them down. from there, you have another 90-120 seconds before they spawn again to finish sirra off. if the healers are un-silenced or re-spawn un-silenced, they can take sirra from <10% hp to full hp in less than 30 seconds...I'VE SEEN IT HAPPEN. the reason for the archer becomes quickly apparent when you hit the 6 minute mark...the healer minions run around like headless chickens every time they're hit and melee take too much time chasing them around. these are also much harder to kill (even without the running of the around) than the eyeball minions, by the way. the tank should be intimately familiar with this entire guide and *EVERYONE* should be in vent during the instance. the only two people who make the judgment call to end the raid early are the tank and the bishop. key times that you would wipe are if someone aggros any of the gargoyle group mobs down below, party gets cancelled from the 59 raid boss gargoyle, or the healer minions are un-silenced. you can try to have the TK run off the mobs with their huge run speed (where will the shameless TK plugs end??) but most other tanks are over-come and will have to take a death if you decide to re-set and try again *without* exiting the instance. special notes: drop rate on the circlet is supposedly 33% but over 30 times and no drop = *cough* BS *cough* the youtube video of the 5 nukers and a bishop doing the raid is a fake done on a private server. you can PR if you decide to have an EE instead of another dd for the shield buffs...a TK with shield buffs is the true definition of "tank" (c'mon, had to get one last one in there.) and that's the guide. as always, you may use the info in the guide but you may not use the guide without express consent from myself. do not copy any portion or re-write it either...i'll know--and i'll come after you with my TK's fully-buffed p.atk of ~500. i'd like to thank Elantari and Celaven, without them i wouldn't have been able to figure all this crap out. also, all of the countless dd's that have killed sirra with us. if you want to do it and you're on sayha, my main's name is Verthande. i still have almost 5000 silver hemocyte and have lower level toons in range for the raid. any further questions, leave them here. TK's rock the casbah. that is all. [credits to serelina from Retail Servers]
