It's not what im looking for. 12 sec delay is nothing when it restores 1500mp. Maybe if you had a low rate zone in some important staff it could make the server interesting... ;)

It's not what im looking for. Retail buff slots, TIME and without mp pots or out of combat or with big delay it's a must for me...I dont care about rates. I just dont want them to be low rate. x20+ i think its good.

I suggest for a better game expirience to not allow dual box (max 1 window per pc). That way the random support classes will be able to level up by finding easy group and also the randoms too. By allowing dual box you kill instantly the people who want to play support classes as main. Allowing dual box everyone will have dual box with the main and one or two supports. P/S: The buff slots will be retail 20+4 ?

I'm looking for a server mid or high rate without mp pot or with big delay or used out of combat mp pots and retail buff slots/time to have a nice and good pvp with tactics....Do you think that we will ever see that kind o server ? I have only saw it in beta from low rate servers...The pvp is awsome !! PS: im also looking for a low rate server with no dual box. one window per pc

why you all make servers with 24+4 ?? whats the point ?? either you make it retail (20+4) or with 5454644163548658 buff slots . 24+4 its rediculous

no, i can not disagree with your reasons because i am NOT a developer as i said before i only tell my opinion on this matter by playing to servers with the adove files. If you are right i hope to find one server with a developer who can do that you said..!! i thinking start again l2 so i search about l2off vs l2j , and i told my opinion....it's simple... no hard feelings..

i am not a developer but i have play in many l2off kai l2j servers and my expirience is that : l2off much better game play than l2j . the skills works better fastest , the potions too . also the quest and even the sit . ofc the big problem with c6 raids in l2j was the dmg from the fighter ( 7-20 dmg ) . ridiculous ......

do the adminstration have any news about opening day ?
