  1. Let's hope they don't add some space ships or some klingonian stuff :)
  2. true, but maybe there are some players that would like to make theyr own stuff with shadows and more advanced graphics. You never know :) I just tought is usefull.
  3. Yeah, my new server, i will open it after 1st of december. And about donations, there are many things for donations that will not ruin the game, w/o hero bullsh1t or something else that makes donators ubber killers.
  4. hahahaha, my new server will be just like that, the only diffrence is i have a little low enchant rate and more than +10 on weapon/armor. beas/bews drops from mobs :)
  5. yeah, but at least there should be a little work to make some good gear, not +50 or other S.F. servers but a +10+15 with a high enchant rate would be enough. And yep, a server with safe+max would be the most balanced, is almost like everyone si fighting with +0 gear.
  6. This is a guide for everyone, easy and simple, in a few steps. All you need is Photoshop CS3 ( it's easyer and faster than other versions ) and some imagination. I will start with a print screen of a standard skill of Lineage, everyone is free to chose anything he wants. 1. Open Photoshop and just drag your print in the program QUICK TIP: CTRL+ and CTRL- makes your picture bigger or smaller, be sure your image is at 100% size in Photoshop. 2. As you can see in the lower right corner the picture has a locker on it, double click on it, a little window will appear and just press OK, ignore everything else. ( Now u have opened your layer and you can work on the picture, otherwise u can't do much ) 3. Now the fun begins, using the Rectangular Marque Tool ( is located on the left bar under Move Tool like you will see in the next picture ) cut the slice you want to be showed in your crest. 4. Now Right Click on the selection you made, and from all the options select Layer via Copy. Now you will have in the lower right corner , 2 Layers. If you press on the eye in front of the first layer the result will be only the image that you want to appear in your crest. Use the Move Tool witch is first in the left bar of tools to move your selection to the center of the playground. 5. Time to resize your image, if u leave it like this you will have a big white blank image with your selection saved in the middle, we don't want that, don't we ? Now click in the menu of Photoshop , Image -> Canvas Size ... and a little window should appear with the size of the picture, but in inches. Select pixels, and set Width and Height at 150 or 200 so you won't loose your sliced image, press OK and you are done for now. 6. Now that we have a smaller playground is time to set the Canvas Size so that when we resize the image we get a perfect crest+ ally crest. Get back at the menu, Image -> Canvas Size..., don't forget to select pixels instead of inches and make Width 32 and Height 16, press OK, and use again the Move Tool to center the image as you like. 7. Time to make the full crest+ally crest and we save it for the first time. Go to Image -> Image Size ..., a new window will appear, select pixels again if it's inches, and set Width at 24, now if u look better because Constrain Proportions is marked, the program will make your Height 12 automatic. 8. Now to save our work, go to File -> Save As ... at File Name set whatever you want, and at Format select .JPG and press OK. A little window will pop up with Image Options, just set Quality to Maximum and hit OK. 9. Now to separate the ally crest from the clan crest. Load your crest in Photoshop again, double click on the locker in the right lower corner to open your layer, go to Image - Canvas Size ..., and set Width at 16, press OK and use the Move Tool to see if the image has the right side at the top, move the image untill the white background appears and set it back again. Save it like i said before, and name it crest1.jpg or whatever you like. 10. Use CTRL+ALT+Z or from the menu Edit -> Undo untill your images come back to the original size, the 24x16 crest you saved first time. Now to make the ally crest, go back at Image -> Canvas Size ... and set Width at 8, use again the Move Tool and move the image to be in her top left position. You can use CTRL+ to enlarge your image so you can move it more easy. Save it again as .JPG and your work is almost done. Now we have this and witch originally was ... 11. Now the easy part so you can use it in the game, open each image with Paint, and just save them as thenameyouwant.bmp and 256 color. Also you can add text, 2-3 initials of your clan or ally. Hope you guys enjoy it and have fun.
