Actually this server has nice features and I like the enchant rate, because you are a newbie and obviously noob in Lineage II and you expect 100% enchant rates so you'll enchant easily. Well no, that's not L2. This server is a server that I might try out, if it has a decent balance i might play as well.

You can judge by yourself if your creation is good and deserves to be criticized from the other members, this one suck really hard. As xDrac taught me, try to use simple fonts while you're making a header/logo for the begining.
