need fix some skills or skill system, bcs some skill cant be used without pvpflag (shadow step for ex. or wynn marks and more), but on official server i can use it without pvpflag 

as a pack is it playable, i mean people can play or it is quite buggy?

if you wipe so much time then do everything with 1 adena , ready enchanted items and (max enchant with votes) i mean store selling +11 items and max 16? make 100% scrolls via votes 

and augment skill chances 100% then yea it is good to wipe every x months

not sure but put libs of gameserver into login too and try :s maybe my answer is a bit fail but on frozen for example login/gs got same libs but your error says for l2databasefactory

 Actually the Admins/GMs there are just plain stupid.  They placed 3 kind of party mobs in coT.  Each mob had exactly the same STATs.

 

However...Two mobs droped 1 PS and 1 medals with 50% chance. The other mob droped 7 medals for 100%. You can imagine how smart these guys are.

 

But what made my day: There was a pvp event. And players asked the Admin to reset their skill reuse. The guy had no idea what they are talking about ^^

because no l2j interlude pack has implemented the reuse skill to a char, it needs a custom code to be done, simple ^^ so it is not his fault but it is also his fault

myself? Neither me and none is capable of maintaining a project especially some dead l2j where there will be no support/apriciation from the community, its not a matter of skill, even the most skilled coder would quit right the next day, when he is developing a project in the name of Maxtor and mxc, for what? respect? contribution to the community?

you are not cappable of anything, you can't code, you can't make something good in a server and generally you can't even rich more than 6 online in a server, I wonder why you are still here, if I was you I would either suicide or I would forget mxc and l2j
