No, to get all Top equip u must use Event Medal that u win with PvP / Event / Raid Boss.

 

You can also break the equip, then it's not easy to do fast. But obsiously it's not HARD to do. :)

ps. Pvp protection... or how u call it, so you wont get pvp pts from somebody with same IP. Otherwise its kinda easy to dualbox and pvp ur own chars ;p

We can't wear random Grades . It has  some grades that u wear by leveling up .

1-19 level we wear no grade

20-39 D

40-51 C

51-61 B

61-76 S

80-83 Dynasty/Icarus/Morai

84-85 Vesper/Vorpal/Elegia

A grade missing, then the levels are right either ;)
