I mean when a update is made does it go to the server files so if someone downlaods it he wont need to update it? Just asking because before there was like 30 updates for it... When i go to make the root it wont let me says the same problem, 1130 wont alow it. I uninstalled everything 100% and reinstalled everything 100% and same problem... How do i find the "where rights accesses are stored" like tryskell said!

When i go to Navicat and try to open my localhost it wont let me and instead opens a pop up saying: 1130-Host`localhost`is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server. this problem i have had it for a long time i posted it in the greek foroum a few months ago with no exact awnser. i have uninstaled and reinstalled navicat and mysql and still it wont let me. What should i do? What have i done? OMG! :P Thank you for your time!

Giving karma to someone is a gm command ... if you google it "L2 Gm Commands" or youse search in MaxCheaters youll find a lot of lists with gm commands!!
