Propably `Willowy was stolen too cz before some time he was greek,now czech ? Maybe there is an issue here,some mods should check this?

Is it allowed to spam OFFICIAL SPAM TOPICS with YouTube videos/songs? i know there is no rule,but it's really annoying and it's out of the purpose of topic many times there are several topics to post YouTube videos/songs,must it be done in Offficial Spam Topics?
