im on interlude client and when i click //create_item blabla id it says that the item spawned into my inventory but i cant see it :S also the stats / data are correct can you help me fix this via tv? sasisma2011 skype thanks !

so guys i downloaded stefoulis15 ladys fan and placed it into my server i just changed the id of the item in the weapongrp.dat / itemname-e.dat /sql /stats aswell and when i enter the server and i spawn the item i cant see it anyone can help me? :S
