the avengers team if iam right just addapted the weapons not and the .xml and other files so the abilities like acumen,haste,critical and all other not exist (iam not sure not downloaded them so i dont know what they have in ) so u have to make them alone :|

is all about photoshop (alpha chanel ) check some guides and you will able to do that

this is the section where u can search we have a lot of custom mask's just go to Client mod section and use search something like [share]mask and client that you use

look my friend the problem is the animation's not the option.ini i think your problem is just the animation file where keep the npc's (not all ) just missing "or" u have java problem because some pack's dont accept new npc's so it delete it automatically (haven't understand your english but I drew this conclusion)
