if your trying to connect your website to your remote database then you need to have a static ip or a dinamic ip and then give permission to this ip from the tool you manage the mysql and put the ip as username on the website :) or just give access to you website ip if im wrong im sorry i have to sleep 2 days and i cant think normal :D

try to find another patched system check the sql's files again and add the textures and animations again ...

its not only about ur server ... its about thousends of servers that open after 4 hours of work without any fixes and just crapy staff .... i didnt saied that for you personaly ur server maybe pown dunno and i dont really care .. but i see a free hosting / a tk domain and a myspace layout as homepage and for sure is home running and in greece the connections the best is 24mbit so the most ppl that you can handle is 60-70 .... so its not a pro server its just a server for fun ;)
