Well .. this is a bit more complicated than first meets the eye... in the end ... to sum a WHOLE lot of explanation down to the simple from an active musician .. Is to support the small bands, and Indie labels on Record sales ... or else all the music will die at some point ... As to the remark from someone about the artist dosnt really care... that is a bold statement since musicians have to eat to you know ;)
