I installed java. And dont know where is the problem ?!

I got all files and app. MySql, l2j files (from repository) ok now my problem. I cant run RegisterGameServer when i run this file i show nothing... When i start Login startLoginServer i have problem... All properties i have cfg OK ! Dont know where is the problem ;/ I have java SDK 6 up 13. Mysql 5.1... And Windows 7
