Jezus.. Please dont try to open one more fail server. Its done in configs inside of gameserver folder. There you can find normal,blessed etc rates and safe/max.

Some of them registered just to see the forum, some of them reged and got banned for spamming, some of them just reged to post their servs and never come back... By the way, there was a huge spamming earlier, no more spam now cuz mxc is dead. I mean half if not all sections are. No more L2 Exploits and there were plenty of them earlier.
