I used this photo : girl For the start we can use the healing tool for the imperfections.. Now type Ctrl+j to make a copy of the background, choose your colors foregorund-black and background-white and then go to Image->Adjustments->Gradient Map and click ok. With the eraser tool erase all but the girl. Like this: Click on the first layer and make a selection of the eyes and then make a copy via layer. Drag the eyes layer on top of all : Use the dodge tool on the iris of the eye: Make a new layer and with the black brush tool make something like this : Now use Gaussian Blur with radius 2.0 Now will add some blood with this brushes :http://keren-r.deviantart.com/art/Blood-Brushes-20739863 I advise you to make a new layer for every peace of brush you use and then change the layer to multiply.
