Copy-paste the password hash to http://ik.su.lt/~mogo/sha1.php you'll get a sha1 encrypted string. Use a sha1 bruteforcer on it. It won't be easy but you can decrypt short passwords quite fast

If it's a preconfigured i can't help much. You may want to check the fort data for any errors. It should be in some file. Can't tell anything more because i'm not at home atm.

You get a nullpointer exception when trying to access unexisting data (an empty array for example). Post the fort.load() method

Rnd.get(100) generates a random number between 0 and 100. If the number is 0 to 32 the player will be teleported to the first location. If the number is between 33 and 65 the player will be teleported to the second location and so on.

Play with phx a bit (there's plenty of guides in the forum), do some research, understand how it works. Trace down the "weak spot" in the  source code, use your i-can-compile java knowledge to fix that "hole". And remember that there is no 100% cure. So keep your eyes open, use your head, do a lot of testing and you'll be relatively safe. Good luck!

Why don't you leave the players to spectate the event? Just make sure that participants can't interact with non participating players. I have this setup on my server.

You can start by checking the source code. Try to find out what is the server trying to do before returning the ImportError. Print out some variables in that piece of code and you should find the lil' f**er that causes this error. I hope this helps you to find 'the road' lol
