I have a gameguard error while launching l2.exe from system directory for my server, the error says something about gameguard update and firewall. Servers firewall is down.

Guys I got a problem on what IPs to put into the property files of gameserver and login server. Could u please help me? The computer that will host the game is on a network and his network ip is 192.168.1.23.
