safe 3 max +8 for armor and +10 for weapon,30% enchant rate and 60% by blessed which dont break ur item(available only by olympiad and Valakas or another Top RB)

about 50 people are with+3 and you can win s+12 sa from event or you can farm 3kkk buy s+15 and do it+20 with 10 euro...

btw i play with+3 and i have 2k pvp's from killing donators so..

if someone believe items make char then he is no l2 player..

apella is not custom???and as far as i remember u get a passive buff by have set enchant to +8 in jewels...?maybe i am wrong...i am just telling u what i remember when i used to play there some years ago...

70 buff slots?come on...server is gonna die cuz of admin's shithead...u need serious number of ppl?then make a serious server...70 buff slots is for 12-14yo kids who just started play l2 and take every dance,every song and every buff!!!

u are still failing...even with 6core pc and many GB or ram/space u will lag...if u run a server by home...even if this "machine" costs 2k euro!!!u need to have a dedicated machine in a company which u pay for...and even if ppl wont have any lag,ur server will die by DDOS...i am not here to spam or tell bullshits...i just try to give u a better advise for ur server...

if is high (more than 66%) decrease max weapon enchant cuz it will be unbalance...archer with +18 bow it will kill a whole party...

full buffer yes but not 50buff slots...24 should be fine...or even better make it 20 buff slots and then u can get +1,+2,+3,+4,depending on pvps/adena!i mean like a custom system...once u hit 150 pvps u will auto learn the passive buff(divine inspiration) and u can have 20+1 buffs...next one at 300,3rd at 500 and last at 1000...or make it buyable with adena!
