well depends.There's no many c4 l2 servers anymore anyway (you can find ofc if u would play one) .In my opinion everytime u have to try something new so c4 server doesnt exist anymore beceause servers like the L2elite are really annoying because of the players that playing there from the beginning.So new clients > new things.
