Most of the textures are inside the file l2font-e.utx, u can check inside localization.ini the language used and check inside the texture file

u have to edit your own script to add only the target spawn effect

If you're using HF client, u can just copy his effect script and textures. His interface has source code open and u can find all base inside TargetStatusWnd.uc to generate the same as is shown on his. MonIcaTargetTextures.utx - Textures MonIcaTargetEffect.u - Effect Script If it's older client u have to redo all the script.
