You are correct the transaction id shows on every movement in paypal but not if the paypal account got banned + the money is hold from my end not the receiver end so the money wasnt event sent thats why there is no transaction id

The money hasnt been withdrawn the money was on hold if you have 1% brain cell you would understand so stop wasting my time and stop mentioning my name if you have a proof that i scammed u or psygrammator in anything please let me know
