Help How install L2J Server

All of this is installed and ready to go ... i have l2jMobius Helios running locally what to test the current client out .. but like i said there is no guide to setting up any of it .... thanks for the reply -
OK after downloading all the files needed to get ertheia client and server iam guessing how do you set it up to connect them both locally ? Ive have download everything from L2jMobis or from here (https://bitbucket.org/MobiusDev/l2j_mobius/src/master/) now what >>>????? Thanks

I'am CDWriter person that created and built the windows version of last chaos server ... i would be willing to offer you this server and client .... Help with install and setup, but i have made it simple and ready to go ... I would be willing to help with tools for it if needed ...
