All the mobs in the game have 60 sec respawn time. but why when i spawn some mob the time automatically go from 60 sec to 300 sec..... :( Can some one please tell me how can i fix this?

guys i have some problem with my server. all the ppl get critical error 70% of the time end i dont know why :S the error is this General protection fault!
