    This is a joke, started his "company" in a wrong way. First they had a company named: ddos-shield and scammed all his clients and stolen the money, over-limits and now hyperddos , stop acting like a kid and scammer.

    yes its all about lucky and also when u have a big amount of the same item to enchant the probability is higher. example: you have 40 draconic bow in your inventory and start to enchant each of them your probability to get a overenchanted draconic bow will be much higher :)
