Skill recharge depends on attack speed in time when you use it. With dagger you have best attack speed. You simply use frenzy with dagger in hand, then switch to normal weapon and gogoo

Better try to configure your bot from beggining. Maybe you did something that is cousing problem and now it will be hard to undone it.
