I had a similar problem. [AutoVoteReward] Server HOPZONE is offline or something is wrong in link) For those ho have a similar problem you have to edit this in your powerpack file: # Topzone: http://l2topzone.com VotesSiteTopZoneUrl = http://l2topzone.com/tv.php?id= server id (don't copy paste the url link from website, just use the code from topzone guide) ServerWebSite = server urls (ex: http://l2server.com) I hope this will be helpful for new starters like me.
