u wanna see the enchant rate? l2wh.com OE stats->there it is well some private servers have some trick how to OE weps with lower fail chance, but on retail you wont find any ;p

well it worked for me but i liked the other thingy too that 101%<HP blabla i think its also good, anyway worked on Dune (bah everything works there)
