There are only few good private servers out there. And tales is in my personal top 3. You wanna know why ? -pvp events (god i love them) -easy and clean custom ui (gm shops, etc etc) -balanced rates (not x500 where you can get everything in one day, and not slow x1) -very popular and sometimes even crowded server -caring and loving staff of the server -no DCs and wipes etc. I won't be telling more of pros that this server have to offer.
