Just press for example f2 and keep it pressed,U will see that in like every second use it will cast the skill when its not reused. when I had shield stun enchanted for like 25 for reuse,it was clear to see,it was like (....... means waiting for reuse) stun.....stun stun.....stun stun....stun stun and so on

maybe U should post some video to avoid that questions if it works

on my server there is it done by another way.your reagents disappear immediately after you put it in the urn:( for ex you click 10 ms so 10 ms disappear.then you click 1 volc ash and it disap.now you can only pray to have luck or just click 1st degree
