can it be done, to rotate the enchant effect mesh?

i try to add some enchant effects, and need to fix position of it, so would be nice to use pawnviewer instead of always logging in game and enchant weap. i tried modifying env.int put mesh and other value to 0, but no use, pawnviewer still wont show effect. any ideeas? TY close topic solved, i put wrong value.
