True, you have 200 registered users but only 3-4 of them login on daily basis. You need to get the people involved somehow. Start polls, launch the beta (the sooner the better) bump your threads daily...You can't just rely on the banners 2weeks before the opening. How about more events? You can reward all clans with 15+ members for example. You can also give donation coins to beta testers that report bugs. Btw I have a suggestion...What about spawning epics (except QA, Orfen, Core of course) a week later, like you did with the cursed weapons? That way there will be more clans ready to pvp for them, not just the fastest guy like usual. It's a mid rate after all

I don't get it either, but that's what people do! Everyone rushes to get first Queen Ant, first 3rd class, first Baium, first heroes.. They lock all the important raids, epics, oly and then complain about no competition. On a mid rate server, that's a matter of days not weeks. That's why I said S gear should be a little harder...

Depends on what kind of server you're looking for. If you want pvp ones, there are plenty ou there. If you prefer retail like, without mana potions and npc buffers, there are only 2 out there atm... l2max and l2arien. Both are l2off (although I'm not sure which extender they have on l2max). Arien starts this Saturday and max a couple of weeks later (I think).

Dualboxing allowed. It's 1 main + 1 box per pc (plus 1 offline shop, but not so sure about that). Community has grown since the last time I checked. That's good. I have one advice for you cht, don't mess with S rec quests. People will start farmin it/fog/varka in the first week so it's not a good idea to boost them. Server will last much longer that way...

Although it's still early, the forum activity is very low. I think you should delay the launch date and focus on advertising. A project like this needs more than 300-400 people to be successful. You can make a promo video, and even add more sites for people to vote. Maybe if you disable the grand bosses (like you did with cursed weapons) for the first week, so everyone has more time to organise their cps etc. You don't get any second chances today, so don't rush! I agree 100% with you on this. And that's why you need to keep this project close to retail like, without mana drugs. We need balance on the server!

The price for 2nd class is crazy! No one except donators will be able to buy it. Adena is x10 which means you're gonna have around 5kk tops when you hit 40. So we have to make a bunch of farm bots for the class marks alone. Imo you should cut the cost in half...1.5kk for each mark. To encourage donations you can add other stuff, like name/sex change, clan name/leader change, striders etc. Think about it

Well, low rate players want the retail experience...no custom npcs or custom 7s/siege/oly period. But the mid community can't play on servers without full npc buffers, mana potions, seal stone exchanger etc. So it's rather unlikely you're going to have a big community. You're not the first one to attempt mixing low with mid pvp features. In any case, I will check it out..
