Just turn of QoS packet sheduler, it does same thing but is easier.

Can't you just change ip by configuring/resetting router or run -> cmd then ipconfg /release, ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /renew? btw if u try this u have to do renew or u dont get ip :D
