ehm...in all seriousness you just need to set the exp config to 0 or set the mobs exp with a query to 0 in the database :DDDDDD

use shifta dn check Type of your npc its L2Monster L2Npc L2NpcWalker or  ..?

that mobs have 1 skill teleport AV teleport as i remmber its summon of target can code work like that?

if monster dont move 5-6 sec summon target player ..

You mean if monster dont move and is under attack over 7sec teleport to same spot just 100 radius away?

a temp fix would help, maybe a boolean which checks if the monster is stacked change its xyz or force move? but l2jfrozen is frozen so gg. I would suggest smth like move commands, when its under attack, if it fails to respond teleport to a xyz+100
