My personal opinion you can use aCis for both servers (mid and high) Why? Because I prefer to use somewhat more stable, you need 1 hour to add all those customs from Frozen to aCis. And 2nd, for Free or Paid? this is very important because nowadays that's why you do not meet someone to do something for free.
