DirectX Problem

yo,

For few days i wasnt playing L2 - before that all L2 clients was OK.

Now when im trying to Open L2 - it shows me that i dont have directX 9 or later version...

I used : dxdiag and it shows me that i have DirectX 11...

Idk why but i cant reinstall L2 it shows me

Please make sure that you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

oO?! I see this first time - i have ~4 diffrent chronicles on comp and everything was ok... Even if i will turn off, turn on comp and first what i do is trying to install it. I dont have L2 in add/delete programs section. I cant reinstall DirectX too..

Any ideas how to fix it?
