[Help] CMD Language Problem.

Hello community i would like to know if you could help me with my problem.My problem is that my CMD's language is something like

non - recognised greek. I know can be solved via format but you may know any other way to fix this.

 

I will show you now how is it :

try to re-install english language pack and set it as main language.

I don't think that the language is the problem maybe has to do with the font..
